3 Weight Loss Motivation Tips

Are you finding it hard to keep your motivation? Well here are 3 weight loss motivation tips you can use right away to make sure keep on the right track!

Trick # 1: Go out right now and buy a ton of different types of workout outfits. This will subconsciously remind you that you are starting a new journey for a different chapter in your life. I would also say to an outfit right off of your bed each night before you go to sleep. This again will sub consciously remind you of what you need to do to reach your goals and keep you accountable to your workouts no matter what.

Trick # 2: Starting a buddy system with someone. Having a buddy to go to the gym with is another way to stay accountable to your workouts. One day you might not feel like going, but you still do because you know your workout friend is counting on you. And the same can go for them as well. One day they might not feel like going to the gym, but they still do because they know that you are counting on them. It’s a win win relationship. It’s also great because you too can push each other to be better.

Trick # 3: Be part of a community or weight loss forum. By participating in a weight loss community or forum, you are again holding yourself accountable to your actions. Take before pictures and post them up there for everyone to see. Make a daily log of what you ate and how your workouts went. People will follow and keep you accountable to your actions this way as well. It’s very powerful especially if you don’t have a buddy system.

These are just 3 weight loss motivation tips you can use right away. Remember, you are never alone when you’re trying to lose weight. Some days you might feel like you want to quit. But remember, someone somewhere is counting on you to stay the course.
