Best Supplement To Get Ripped?

It’s all B.S.

Yup, that’s right. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but listen to me for a second.

Supplements are only that, supplements. They are supposed to supplement your diet and training program. If you are currently not training hard and eating right then no supplement can make up for your lack of diet and training.

Supplements can help you get ripped fast, but you need to have everything else right. I guess look at supplements as icing on the cake. And the cake is everything else.

Now some of the best supplements out there that help with burning fat are just the basics. Some of my favorites are chocamine, green tea, caffeine in the form of a caffeine pill, and yohimbe. Some have even used nicotine gum because it’s been shown to be an effective stimulant and fat burning mediator.

Chocamine is great because you can put it in your coffee. It’s been show to have fat burning effects. But my favorite is green tea and caffeine in general. Green tea has been found to increase your metabolism and also round up free radicals within your body. Free radicals are the things that can cause a lot of harm to your body’s cells. They also have been found to cause cancer. Green tea has high antioxidant properties, thus helping your body fight these evil things.

Caffeine is great because it helps to stimulate your central nervous system which is perfect for when you’re about to lift weights, it increase vasodilatation and it helps to break down fatty acids into the blood stream to be used for energy.

I particularly like caffeine right before I’m about to do some form of cardio training. However, the thing you must realize about cardio for fat loss is you must do it in a fasted state or you just won’t get the most bang for your buck. You want to be in a fasted state for an increase in lypolysis. If you consume some form of carbohydrates or a meal before training with your caffeine and then do cardio, your body won’t be burning body fat for fuel. It will be burning whatever you ate. Not bad per se, but not the ideal goal you were going after.

So what I would do is do your cardio in a fasted state and pop your caffeine pill around 10-30 minutes prior to get the full effects.

And there you have it. Nothing fancy or anything like that. A lot of the stuff on the market is way over priced and not worth the money. Trust me because I’ve tried a lot of them. Remember you need to have your diet in check and your training because that is what is going to give you the fastest and best results possible in the shortest amount of time. The best supplement to get ripped IS NOT going to work without those other 2 pieces of the equation.
