Okay, I’m going to go out on a limb and say you’re here because you want to learn more about the fat Fat Loss Forever program to see if it’s a good fit for you. You might also be interested in learning more about Dan Go and John Romaniello, the creators of the program…
Well today, I’m going to talk about all 3 so let’s dive right into this…
Fat Loss Forever Review
Fat loss forever is a program based off of two main principles, which includes intermittent fasting and hormonal optimization training. When you combine these 2 critical fat loss elements together, in theory you can easily melt off pounds of excess belly fat and keep your new physique for life…
And that is the biggest problem I see with a lot of fat loss programs. They’re great at helping you shed those last few pounds, but once you completeClick here to continue reading

Do you ever remember watching or hearing Micahel Phelps, you know that guy who kicked butt in the Olympics not too long ago and broke almost every world record in each swimming event he participated in? Well I remember hearing a statement from him about how he burns around 12,000 calories a day from his training.
Pretty amazing right?
That equates to around 3 pounds of pure fat, give or take a little less or more. Therefore he needs to consume extreme quantities of food just to fuel his workouts, maintain weight and recover. But here’s the kicker, does his actual training really burn 12,000 calories…? Nope. The average person for example burns around 2,000-2,500 calories from running a marathon and this is not taking into account their excess post oxygen consumption levels for hours after.
If you’re not familiar with this term, all it means is a value that is correlated withClick here to continue reading

So what exactly is 24/7 fat loss that you have probably been hearing so much about? Well it’s a specific fat loss program that has been put together by 2 world famous nutrition and training experts by the names of Craig Ballantyne and Joel Marion. Craig’s whole part of the 24/7 Fat Loss System has to do with the workouts.
24/7 Fat Loss Workout
If you haven’t noticed, Craig’s specialty is designing different types of fat loss programs that are geared towards the average person who wants to lose a ton of fat in a short amount of time. His style is utilizing what’s called the afterburn effect which is just slang for talking about EPOC, which stands for excess post oxygen consumption. What is so cool about excess post oxygen consumption is thatClick here to continue reading

Rusty Moore is one of those underground gym types who has amassed a huge amount of knowledge in the field of exercise, training, nutrition and supplementation. The reason for this is because he has been heavily involved in weight lifting and different nutritional methods for the last 20 years. This type of knowledge is unparallel because of the real, in the world trench learning that goes on each day. I feel this is extremely important when devising programs for other people and setting and attaining goals.
For example, his latest program that he has put out is called Visual Impact Muscle Building and it’s all about achieving that lean and muscular Hollywood look that a lot of the comic book actors on the big screen display in all their movies. There are many reasons why these actors look the wayClick here to continue reading

The Visual Impact Muscle Building program is an entire system designed by Rusty Moore. Now before I get into the entire program, let me first point out that Rusty is not a personal trainer, a strength coach or anything of that nature. He is just a regular guy who is really passionate about fitness and has accumulated a wealth of real world knowledge from over 20+ years of being in the gym. This is something that I think can’t be overlooked and equals a college degree in the area of exercise science and nutrition. Basically, he practices what he preaches and has learned a lot through trial and error.
Now as a society we are absolutely obsessed about celebrities and how they get the bodies that they do. Well there are many reasons for this besides surgery, but when a celebrity has to do a movie and is required to takeClick here to continue reading

So what is 5 tips to lose stomach fat? It’s a program actually by a good friend of mine named Caleb Lee. Caleb is just your regular, normal dude who happens to have around 4-5% body fat and keeps it at that level for all year round. In fact, he kind of shy’s away from the spotlight, cameras and showing off his body, which is the complete opposite of a lot of other trainers and fitness enthusiasts that you see online.
A lot of people are always asking him how he can keep his body fat levels so low year round and it finally got to him. That’s why he created this video presentation on 5 Tips To Lose Stomach Fat and how he created The Super Diet. He basically just got fed up with everyone asking the same questions so he created a no none sense based system on howClick here to continue reading

Everyone including their mother, brother and sister who have gone on a diet, maybe including yourself have hit a weight loss plateau sometime in their life. It absolutely sucks. You’ve been dieting for so long and trying so hard to lose the excess belly fat that no matter what you do, you just can’t seem to break past that sticking point. The scale is not moving down and you’re becoming quite angry and depressed.
Don’t worry because we all have been there before. I’ve been there before and so has many others. The trick is not to get so mad and angry, the trick is to just come up with a new plan, but also to understand why these weight plateaus happen in the first place.
Okay so let’s think back when you started losing weight, losingClick here to continue reading

Hey what’s going on?
Jared here and today I wanted to write about my 10 favorite techniques that you can use to gain weight. I’ve had a lot of feedback from others through personal email and commenting about this topic. Lesson learned and that it’s always important to listen to what people have to say. As one person said “not everyone needs to lose.”
So this is what this blog post is about. I have to say that getting people in shape and helping them drop body fat is cool and a lot of fun, but I also love helping people gain weight and build muscle at the same time. There’s a lot more different training paradigms and dietary techniques you can use and change up to get a desired effect.
Plus, who doesn’t like lifting heavy weights? The amount of joy and empowering emotions that someone get’s when they just did somethingClick here to continue reading

So you’re wondering how to get bigger arms?
That’s a good question and probably the holy grail when it comes to guys wanting to put on slabs of muscle mass which always includes a pair of sleeve splitting arms.
Well to be honest, there are many ways you can train to get bigger arms.
I’m going to tell you though that everything works to some degree, but if you really want bigger arms much faster, then I suggest you focus on just your arms for a certain period of time. This is called a specialization routine where you tone down the volume on all other muscle groups and increase the volume on 2 muscle groups to play catch up to everything else.
You can do this with your arms for around 6-8 weeks.
Now there are some parts of arm training that can make your arms look much bigger minus the triceps and biceps. TheseClick here to continue reading

So it looks like the 1 year anniversary of Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is upon us and it’s time to release the 2.0 version. If you’re wondering what the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is, it’s an entire fat loss system that he developed allowing you to literally cheat on your diet every 5 days. Yes, I said it. Cheat on your diet by eating pizza, cookies, candy or cake.
So you’re probably wondering if Joel went off his rocker? Well not really, but you have to be a little bit in order to come up with this fat loss program.
You see, the main problem for people when they lose weight is that they end up hitting a plateau. The scale in the morning slowly comes to a screeching halt as time goes by. Usually you end up cutting your calories even more or you exercise more. ThisClick here to continue reading
