There has been a lot of talk and rumors spreading about this so called shrink wrap effect and how it relates to looking ripped up and toned. The whole point of this article is revealing exactly what is being said and how you too can implement this neat little trick to look ripped, shredded and cut for as long as you want. It’s a pretty easy thing to do as well once you get the hang of it. Now where did this effect originate from? Simple, movie stars and the comic book heroes that they portray on the big screen.
This shrink wrap effect was first brought up by a guy named Rusty Moore. Rusty is not necessarily a trainer but more of a gym rat. He’s been involved in the fitness and health game forClick here to continue reading

It helps to shuttle nutrients to their proper destinations throughout your body. And the main role that it plays is shuttling glucose to its main destination throughout your body. But when you are insulin resistant, this process is tough to make happen and that’s why people who are diabetic or insulin resistant have high circulating blood glucose numbers.
It sort of goes like this…
Make believe you have a cell with a door on it. Insulin comes knocking on the cell’s door and says hey open up, I have a present for you (which is glucose to be used for energy). However the cell never opens its doorsClick here to continue reading

You see, about a couple years ago, he was fat, weak, and had a gut the size of a watermelon under his shirt. Not the best body around, but sadly looked the same as most people walking around today.
According to him, he tried everything to lose weight, most specifically doing cardio 5 times a week! That’s crazy if you ask me.
However, with all of that cardio, it still got him nowhere with his weight loss. The scale barely budged until he joinedClick here to continue reading

You’ve probably heard all the latest rage about this nutritionist guy named Josh Bezoni and his 7 Day Belly Blast Diet that all of the big time gurus are talking about. I’ve gotten about a thousand emails from them telling me to download his free report on 15 belly fat blasting foods. So what I wanted to do was give you a no holds barred review of the entire program, what I think so far of it all and if it’s even worth your money.

For example, he talks about how most of us need more fiber in our diet since fiber helps to clean the digestive system and preventClick here to continue reading
