What is insulin resistance? Well, it’s basically what diabetics have, specifically type II diabetics. Insulin is a very important hormone in the body and is secreted by the pancreas. It helps to shuttle nutrients to their proper destinations throughout your body. And the main role that it plays is shuttling glucose to its main destination throughout your body. But when you are insulin resistant, this process is tough to make happen and that’s why people who are diabetic or insulin resistant have high circulating blood glucose numbers.

Who is Vic Magary you’re probably wondering? Well I was wondering the same thing so I decided to dig around on the internet to see if I could come up with any juice gossip!

What I can tell you is I did find a lot out about the guy, nothing juicy, but definitely some interesting stuff.

You see, about a couple years ago, he was fat, weak, and had a gut the size of a watermelon under his shirt. Not the best body around, but sadly looked the same as most people walking around today.

According to him, he tried everything to lose weight, most specifically doing cardio 5 times a week! That’s crazy if you ask me.
