So you probably arrived at this article looking to see if there were any potential side effects with regards to supplementing with creatine. It’s funny that this myth is still around and that creatine has some sort of whimsical and mythical standing in the supplement industry and with people who are just getting into exercise. I remember way back when I was one of them, just ayoung kid at 15 years old who sneakily bought creatine behind his parents back when they expressively told him not to do so. At the time, creatine was thought to be extremely bad for you and your body’s orgrans. People didn’t understand it and still don’t to this day. In fact, a lot of people will tell you that it’s a steroid. Can you believe that!?! A steroid.

I don’t know why but a lot of people are always asking what is the best protein powder for weight loss or can I do protein shakes to lose weight. For some reason they think that supplementing their diet with protein shakes is the magic answer to their belly fat problems. I think it all has to do with the rise and popularity of the Aitkin’s diet and all of these different and gimmicky weight loss programs on television using supplements and other methods to help people drop the pounds. And then you have the popularly of whey protein and weight loss. It’s like whey protein is the only type of protein out there that can “magically” help you lose weight. The truth though that it’s not the best type of protein powder to get the job done. This is what we are going to talk about today.

I am such a huge fan of protein shake diets. I absolutely love them for numerous reasons and I have been doing them for a very long time to get in shape right before summer and try to look my best. But first I want to talk about why protein shake diets are so awesome and then give you a great program to go by if this is something you want to use to lose belly fat fast.
One reason why protein shake diets are great because they are so easy to do. I mean think about it. With protein shake diets all you have to do is planClick here to continue reading

There are tons of supplements out there claiming to be the best supplement to help you get ripped. Well guess what…
It’s all B.S.
Yup, that’s right. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but listen to me for a second.
Supplements are only that, supplements. They are supposed to supplement your diet and training program. If you are currently not training hard and eating right then no supplement can make up for your lack of diet and training.
Supplements can help you get ripped fast, but you need to have everything else right. I guess look at supplements as icing on the cake. And the cake is everything else.
Now some of the best supplements out there that help with burning fat are just the basics. Some of my favorites are chocamine, green tea, caffeine in theClick here to continue reading

Throughout the years in the main stream media, people villianized creatine because of its quick acting nature. But to be honest, there are creatine benefits that many people don’t realize. The only reason creatine was harped on so much by the media is because they love a good story, it was mis understood by the general public, and because the effects of it were very fast so many people confused it with steroids.
Listen, creatine has been around a long time and it’s not going anywhere. It’s very safe for you and extremely beneficial for not only when you’re in the gym, but also for your health. This also can be seen with whey protein and it’s many benefits.
What you probably didn’t know is that creatine is made by your body in the form of creatine phosphate. It’s the second energy system used in any type ofClick here to continue reading

Apple cider vinegar and its benefits have been popping up all over the internet recently and reporting numerous health claims. I don’t know where this data has come from so I’ve decided to dig a little deeper in my own investigation to see what the fuss is all about.
First off, apple cider vinegar needs to be a certain way for you to get the full benefits. It’s available in pill form and as a liquid. I wouldn’t take just the pill. I would try and use it in the most pure form available which is a liquid. Your vinegar should be double fermented. Any other way such as pasteurization, distilling, etc can actually destroy the various enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. This is the only way you should buy it as a supplement.

Does cinnamon really work for weight loss? I decided to write this blog post because there has been a lot of hype surrounding cinnamon and its potential health effects on the body.
There is a lot of wrong information out there concerning this herbal remedy so I wanted to dig deeper to see if it lives up to the hype.
Cinnamon has been around for thousands of years. It’s actually a native herb from Sri Lanka. Bet you didn’t know that? Also, its origins have been traced back all the way to 2800 B.C. in early Chinese writings.
In fact a lot of what we know today regarding different herbs and spices when it comes to treating disease and illness come from ancient Chinese medicine.
Cinnamon has been used by the Chinese and other such cultures to treat and prevent many types of problems such as diarrhea and morning sickness. It’s also been usedClick here to continue reading

Many people have their own opinion of what’s the best protein powder for weight loss. Protein powder in my opinion is the number 1 supplement that any person should have in their closet or cupboard. There are numerous reasons for this. One of these reasons is because it’s really cheap. If you were to eat 1 pound of chicken breasts which will cost you around $2.00-$4.00, this comes out to 100 grams of protein. To get 100 grams of protein from whey protein or casein protein, it only costs less than $1.00
There are tons of different marketed protein powders out there and it can be very confusing for the consumer to go through each one. This is mainly dependent on the person’s goals. Don’t worry because I am going to breakClick here to continue reading
