How To Get Ripped In 2 Weeks

So you wanna get ripped in 2 weeks?

Awesome. I’m going to go out on a limb I guess that you have some big event coming up like a spring break, vacation, wedding or some reunion. Or you just got a hot date in 2 weeks…

It doesn’t matter because you want to get ripped and you want to get ripped fast.

Now before I show you this plan, let me warn you that it’s not for the faint of heart. You also need to have some low level of body fat around 10-12% for guys and in the mid twenties for women. If it’s any higher than that, then your chances of actually getting ripped in 2 weeks will be really hard.

For the next 2 weeks, your diet is going to be consisting of 1,000 calories per day. That’s it.

Most of those calories are going to be from protein and very little fats and absolutely zero carbohydrates. The only carbs you can have are the trace amounts from protein shakes and green vegetables, which really don’t count anyway.

We need your body to primarily burn body fat and burn it fast! You only have 2 weeks so no messing around. No carb up meals, no cheat meals, no drinking on the weekend, zero alcohol.

You will be having 6 meals a day. Five of those meals will be from protein shakes in the form of casein protein, NOT whey protein. Whey protein has it’s uses, but you want casein protein for this diet because it helps to keep you full for a much longer period of time. Whey will leave you feeling really hungry.

With each meal, you will be having 3 grams of fish oil. So that will equal 15 grams for the entire day. You can also chew on sugar free fiber tablets as well throughout the day. Just make sure the label says sugar free on them.

This will bring you to a total of around 700 calories. You now have 300 calories left for your one solid meal which should be eaten for dinner. A good dinner to have is 4 whole eggs and a large bowl of mixed greens salad, spinach, or broccoli. The eggs are a great source of protein and healthy fat along with cholesterol which can help preserve your lean muscle mass.

All in all, when you want to get ripped in 2 weeks, you have to pull out all the stops and get serious about your diet. Yea, this diet sucks, but it works for the short term and will help you get the look that you’re going after.

Nice plan. It will definitely work. Something Warrior-Diet-like. But it’s quite extreme. And there definitely will be a problem not to gain all fat back.

Works! You MUST be dedicated to this plan for it to work though.
