How To Lose Love Handles Fast!

Love handles are a huge problem area for most men. Every morning when you wake up and look at yourself in the mirror, you see those darn love handles. No matter what you do they just won’t go away. Well don’t worry because today I am going to give you a fool proof plan to finally lose your love handles fast!

Now before we start, I want you to understand something…If you want a six pack or desire to get extremely ripped, that is going to take time. To be in that condition, you need to get your body fat levels under 10% at least. But if you’re just trying to get rid of your love handles and don’t care about getting a ripped, flat stomach at this moment, then this is the plan for you.

A good diet plan to start with is Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.0.

This is the exact diet plan I am using right now to get ready for summer time. It’s great because you can lose up to 25 pounds in 25 days by actually cheating on your diet! Yup that’s right. But I have to warn you that the program is quite hard to follow. It’s hardcore, but definitely get’s you results.

The basis of the whole program with my little tweaks is low calories through out the week. Then on one day, I have a cheat meal consisting of high calories, fat, carbohydrates and some protein thrown in the mix. I only allow myself 1 hour to cheat and it’s later in the day to prevent me from eating anymore.

This cheat meal increases my metabolism back up to normal levels so I can constantly be burning body fat like I just started dieting and avoid the dreaded weight loss plateau. Now after your cheat meal, the next day you are going to fast. Only have  a couple of protein shakes and workout. I want you to take advantage of your metabolism being so high from the previous day’s cheat meal. It’s not uncommon for you to lose a half a pound or more of body fat.

For your exercise program, you are going to be doing these home weight loss workouts. Home weight loss workouts are great because you can burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time with very little equipment. Many people think they need to belong to a gym to lose their love handles, however that’s not true. You just need a good, solid, exercise program and your own body weight to get the job done!

And there you have it, a simple to follow diet and exercise program to lose your love handles fast!
