The Truth About 24/7 Fat Loss And Will It Work For You?

So what exactly is 24/7 fat loss that you have probably been hearing so much about? A1) Dumbbell Front Squats

A2) Dumbbell Push Press Overhead

A3) Burpees

**For the above circuit do 12 dumbbell front squats, 10 overhead dumbbell push presses, then perform 15 burpees. Repeat this circuit for a total of 3 times taking minimum breaks.

B1) Decline Pushups

B2) Dumbbell Rows

B3) Mountain Climbers

**For the circuit above, do your pushups to complete failure, then perform a set of dumbbell rows 12x in each hand, then drop down and perform 50 consecutive mountain climbers. Rest and repeat 3 more times.

C1) Barbell Stiff Legged Dead lifts

C2) Bicep Curls

C3) Planks

**For the circuit above, perform 12 reps of barbell stiff legged dead lifts, then a set of 10 reps of bicep curls and immediately drop down into the plank position and hold for 60 second. Repeat this circuit 3 times resting as little as possible.

The above workout is just an example of Metabolic Conditioning. And don’t worry; there will be pictures and diagrams of all the workouts and exercises in the training system. So you won’t have to worry about that.

Now the second part of 24/7 Fat Loss is the nutrition aspect and that was put together by Joel Marion. Joel is a nutritional expert when it comes to physique enhancement and body composition. In this manual he’ll guide you step by step through each day of how to strategically eat so you can burn body fat 24/7. This is through the use of nutrient portioning, in which you take in certain macronutrients in the form of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins at certain times of the day. This allows you maximum fat burning potential and minimal storing of body fat. This by far is the perfect recipe for any fat loss program.

This is something that a lot of trainers don’t talk about and the average person screws up when they try to lose weight. You need to take in the correct ratios of protein, carbs, and fats AT the right times. If you mess this up then you can literally throw all of your results down the drain.

In fact, I believe this to be the most important part of the whole system, even more so than the 8 weeks of fat loss workouts because nutrition is 80-90% of your results.
